Jamie Highland

Born and raised in Sac City – Jamie’s roots run deep in her small town.  After graduating from East Sac County in 2014, she furthered her education at Iowa State University.  She graduated in 2017 with a degree in Agriculture and Society with a minor in Journalism and Mass Communications.  She never wanted to stray away from Sac City and moved back with hopes of finding her career locally.  She did just that and now thoroughly enjoys her title as City Clerk and continues to expand her knowledge by attending classes focused on city government and human resources.

In her spare time you will find Jamie on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, cheering for the Iowa State Cyclones, or planning her upcoming wedding to her fiance, Cody Wells.
